A seed packet contains 1/2 tsp seed, ~200 seeds.

Low Germination rate: sadly this lot of seeds tested at 24% germination, so for every one packet ordered I will be shipping two, just to be sure you get plenty of plants per packet. Some of the seeds that didn’t germinate in testing are probably viable, but deeply dormant, so you may also get some delayed germination.

Beautiful and adaptable annual flower. These plants are descended from a feral population in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Used medicinally mostly in ointments and salves and only with caution. Can be weedy, so harvesting seeds and/or deadheading is recommended. For longer flowering season or if mature seeds are desired in short season areas, start indoors 3-5 weeks before last frost.
