This medium sized, clump forming member of the mint family is atracctive to pollinators, makes a soothing tea and has pretty white flowers… but is by far best known as a recriational drug… for cats. Grows great in sun to part-shade in well drained soil. Self-sows readily, so I recommend harvesting heavily as the flowers fade, which will prevent self-sowing. Hardy to zone 3.
