These are a experimental offering! If people like them we might offer more options of this product or other freeze dried fruits. Feedback by email appreciated. Freeze drying preserves the flavor and nutrition of fruits better then regular air drying and produces a very light crunchy texture. a few seconds in the blender reduces it to dust, which can be a cool ingredient for various cooking projects or allows for encapsulation.
