Silver Wormwood (Artemisia ludoviciana) Plant
1 clump, with several stems and rhizomes.
This hardy herbaceous plant is best known as a hardier substitute for White Sage when making smuge sticks. They are easy to grow, thriving on weak, well drained soils in full sun, but adaptable to many conditions. They take a running form and tend to move around a bit, so take that into consideration when planting, a rhizome barrier is advisable if you want them to stay put. Has been used as a culinary herb or a medicinal.
