Blue-Stem Goldenrod (Solidago caesia)

A packet contains 1/5tsp, ~320. This is the first year i am offering seed, I don’t have a lot available, if it is popular I will try to make more available next year.

This local species of Goldenrod grows well in partial to full shade, offering the beauty and pollinator benefits of goldenrod without the spreadyness of Canada Goldenrod. Delicate sprays of bright yellow blooms with blue/purple stems. Surface sow outdoors in fall/winter or provide 60 days cold stratification. Seaside Goldenrod (Solidago sempervirens)

This local species of Goldenrod is a great choice for sunny gardens, beautiful foliage and very impressive blooms, but stays as a tight clump and doesn’t spread. Salt tolerant!
